S.E.A.L.’s is the teen leadership program at Camp Crosley. At Camp we are not just trying to make counselors, we are building servant leaders who know how to problem solve and work together. Camp can offer these teens something that no other summer experience can. To grow, learn about themselves and others, to make friends, and still have a blast without having to give up the fun! The S.E.A.L.s program seeks to help participants do the following:

  • Grow personally, develop specific skills
  • Clarify their values and appreciate diversity
  • Improve personal and family relationships
  • Become better leaders and supporters
  • HAVE FUN!

Campers are chosen based on proven records of character and leadership potential. S.E.A.L.s meet daily to participate in leadership challenges and explore the needs and behaviors of typical age groups. S.E.A.L.s have the opportunity to live in cabins with younger campers, to assist counselors and learn through guided hands on experience. Additionally they train in program areas to develop the skills necessary to teach activities.

S.E.A.L.s are under the direction of the camp's Teen Program Director and senior cabin leaders, receiving training in working with children and learning program activity skills.
