Staff Selection and Supervision: Recruits and retains qualified and reliable individuals. Assures all new hires are properly screened and employment documents are completed in a timely manner. Hire-in salaries are within current YMCA Wage Plan. All positions supervised have written job descriptions. All employees receive timely performance evaluations.(Required)
