Tis the season of cookie exchanges, and we’d like to share a favorite recipe that we use with groups that come throughout the year. When the kids return their trays to the front window of the kitchen, the only thing on them is crumbs!
Monster Cookies
1 pound margarine/butter
3 cups peanut butter
4 cups brown sugar
4 cups sugar
12 eggs
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
8 tsp. Baking soda
18 cups oatmeal
1 pound M&Ms
6 cups chocolate chips
Mix in order given. The more you mix, the chewier they will be. Use a 1/4 sized cup to spoon out each cookie. (These are MONSTER cookies, after all!)
Bake at 325 for 12 min.
This recipe will make approximately 132 cookies or 11 dozen.
