Looking for a meaningful full-time career that combines hospitality, leadership, and the great outdoors? The Groups and Retreats Coordinator position at Camp Crosley YMCA is your opportunity to build a career while helping others grow, connect, and experience life-changing moments.

In this role, you’ll coordinate and support retreats, school programs, and group experiences throughout the year: serving schools, churches, businesses, and community organizations while being under the supervision of the Senior Program Director. You’ll be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

This is more than a job! It’s a chance to develop professional skills, grow in leadership, and make a real impact in the camping and outdoor education field.

While this is a full-time position, it’s also an entry-level opportunity.  This position is ideal for someone ready to start a long-term career in the camping, recreation, or nonprofit field. You’ll receive training and mentorship in guest services, program logistics, and group leadership, setting you up for future advancement in the camping world or the expansive network of the Y.

A background in camping, recreation, or hospitality is helpful but not required—just bring your positive attitude and willingness to learn!
