Every summer Camp Crosley hires over a 100 remarkable young men and women to serve as counselors, activity leaders, and support staff. Many are former campers, and many are new to Camp Crosley, but all are committed to making every camper’s experience life changing. We are so proud of the fact that these outstanding leaders and role models return summer after summer to do what they do best!
At Camp Crosley we pride ourselves on hiring and training incredible staff to lead an amazing camp program. The staff come from across the United States and the globe to truly make this an international, diverse experience. Many staff have specialized skills or certifications which include Life Guarding, ACCT Challenge Course Certifications, and others. In addition to instructing activities and leading cabin life, our staff are mentors and role models to their campers in making sure that each camper feels they belong, achieve new things, and develop life long relationships.
