Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so through your Parent Portal or by contacting the Camp Crosley office at (574) 834-2331. If a cancellation is related to illness or injury, medical documentation is required in order to be considered for a prorated refund.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- The registration deposit is nonrefundable
- Optional activity fees for Overnight Camp are nonrefundable
- If you cancel more than four weeks before your camp session starts, you will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees. For example, if your session begins June 28, the last full day to cancel and receive a refund would be May 30.
- Due to difficulty of filling cancelled spots prior to your camp arrival, any cancellations less than four weeks before the first day of your session will NOT receive a refund.
- You must send notice of cancellation in writing to the Camp Office. Email is acceptable.
- If a camper is unable to complete the session due to medical reasons, you must provide medical documentation for a pro-rated refund.
- There will be no refunds for leaving Camp early due to homesickness or disciplinary action.
- Camp Store deposit refunds will be processed at the end of the Summer Camp season, regardless of the cancellation date
