The Camp Crosley Parent Portal is your one-stop hub for managing your camper’s experience before, during, and after camp. From completing required forms to sending messages and viewing photos, the portal gives families easy access to everything they need in one secure place.
How to access the Parent Portal
Parents and guardians can log in to the Parent Portal directly by clicking the button below. Once logged in, use the menu icon with three horizontal lines at the top of the page to view your account options and available features.

What you can do in the Parent Portal
Document Center
Complete and manage all required camper forms during registration. Forms must be completed by a parent or guardian before check-in and can be edited up to one week prior to your camper’s arrival.
Camper Confidential Form
Share helpful information with cabin counselors so they can best support your camper. This may include social or emotional needs or any outside circumstances that could impact their camp experience.
Camper Medical History
Provide critical medical information used by our health staff in case of illness or emergency. This includes medications, allergies, health concerns, insurance details, and physician information.
Allergy Information
All allergies must be disclosed on the Camper Medical History form. Camp Crosley does not allow peanut or tree nut snacks to be sent with campers. For severe allergies, families are encouraged to contact our Food Service Director directly.
Message Center
Purchase and send one-way emails to your camper. Messages are $5 per block of five emails and are printed and delivered to cabins each weekday morning.
Camp Store
Add funds to your camper’s account for snacks and Camp Crosley merchandise from the Snack Shop and Compass Store. Cash is not accepted for camper purchases.
Online Store
Order specially curated swag bundles that will be delivered directly to your camper’s cabin.
